We ship to the 48 contiguous states.
We can deliver to some parts of Canada. In the provinces of Quebec and Ontario, home delivery may be available. For the province of British Columbia we have a warehouse that we can transfer to, you would have to pick up at that warehouse location and transport to your home.
We regret that we cannot ship internationally or to the US Virgin Islands. For Hawaii and Alaska, there may be options for delivery.

Kate Madison Furniture Cares About Your Delivery.
At Kate Madison, we take extra care to ensure that your pieces arrive in top condition. For that reason, all orders are only transported via "White Glove Delivery" services. This means that when your order leaves the workshop, the delivery company pad wraps your item(s) in furniture blankets, manually handles, and delivers to your home.
The item(s) will be delivered inside your home and placed in your desired location. Please let us know upon ordering if there are any obstacles that may effect the delivery. Order delivery timeframes are generally 10-12 for table and chair orders and 12-14 weeks for all other ordered items. These timeframes are for build, finish, and delivery of your order. If you need your order expedited quicker, please contact us at (800) 931-5283 to see if we can meet your desired timeframe.
Scheduling Your In-Home Delivery
The delivery company will be in contact with you via phone or email approximately (1) week prior to delivery to schedule a delivery date and a 2-hour delivery timeframe window. Freight shipping is route-based, so please make all efforts to meet the delivery truck at the scheduled time to avoid any delay in receiving your items. A friend, neighbor or appointed person can receive the delivery—all that is required is opening the door, and instructing delivery people where the item(s) should be place.
*Delivery persons reserves the right to decline placing the piece in a desired in-house location if the spot is unusually tough to navigate, obstructed, or beyond "normal" delivery patterns. Please advise us when ordering if this situation exists.
Delivery Charges
Since many of our items are large-scale or heavy, the cost to ship the items can be higher than other small items ordered online. Kate Madison has negotiated the best rates to deliver these items to arrive in top-condition. Kate Madison does not make money on shipping. We use a network of professional companies that specializes in fine furniture delivery. At Kate Madison, we believe that the item's quality and final cost will surpass other furniture sellers.
