Please Note: Kate Madison charges a 50% deposit to your credit card upon ordering, then the remaining 50% balance is billed upon the item(s) ships from our workshop, approximately 5-6 weeks later.

Online Ordering / Payment

Kate Madison offers 100% secure ecommerce transactions. We accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Check payments. You can make an online purchase by simply selecting the item, color, then step through the online payment process. If paying by check, you will need to email cs@katemadison.com to receive additional payment information.

Delivery

All orders are transported via a White Glove Delivery Services. The item(s) will be delivered inside your home and placed in your desired location. Please let us know upon ordering if there are any obstacles that may effect the delivery. Order delivery timeframes are generally 8-10 weeks for build, finish and delivery of your piece. If you need your order expedited in under 8 weeks, please contact us at (800) 931-5283 to see if we can meet your desired timeframe.

About White Glove Delivery:

Due to the large size of most of our items, purchases require shipping by a carrier who specializes in transporting high-quality furniture. All of our furniture items are delivered with a "White Glove Service". This means that the delivery company wraps your item(s) in a furniture blankets, manually delivers, and bring the items into your home, and places it in your desired location.* The delivery company will contact you within one week of delivery to schedule a delivery date and a 2-hour timeframe window.

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We regret that we cannot ship internationally or to the US Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska.

*Delivery persons reserves the right to decline placing the piece in a desired in-house location if the spot is unusually tough to navigate, obstructed or beyond "normal" delivery patterns. Please advise us when ordering if this situation exists.

Delivery Charges

Since many of our items are large-scale or heavy, the cost to ship the items can be higher than other small items ordered online. Kate Madison has negotiated the best rates to deliver these items to arrive in top-condition. Kate Madison does not make money on shipping. We use a network of professional companies that specializes in fine furniture delivery. At Kate Madison, we believe that the item's quality and final cost will surpass other furniture sellers.

FLAT FEE DELIVERY: $199 for one or multiple furniture items anywhere in the U.S.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are available for items that have been damaged upon delivery, defective quality issue, or, if the item is not what was ordered. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on items if you don't like it, or change your mind. We will offer a merchandise credit to use toward a future purchase, a restocking fee of 35% may apply.

In the rare event, you receive an item that is not what you ordered either in product type; product size; and/or color choice, please contact us immediately upon delivery, and notify the delivery driver, and they will ship the item back to us. Kate Madison will replace the item with the correct item, or offer credit to use on another purchase.

We stand by our furniture, if you are not pleased with an item please contact us as soon as possible so that we may determine the issue. In some instances, a restocking fee of 35% may apply. We regret that shipping charges cannot be refunded. Any custom-built items, or custom finishes, cannot be returned. Additional questions please contact Customer Service at (800) 931-5283.

Damaged Items

Upon delivery each item will be inspect for damage. In rare event that an item arrives damaged, the delivery team will ship the item back at no cost to you. Please keep in mind that the items are designed to have antique appearance with distressed finishes. Wood has natural characteristics not found in MDF, plywood or veneers. Slight imperfections add to the character of piece and are not considered damaged.

Our Guarantee

We pride ourselves in carrying quality, handcrafted furniture. Kate Madison furniture is warranteed for manufacturer defects for one-year from date of purchase. *Please note that any natural wood products can react to severe temperature changes or rapid changes in humidity.
